Seridia: The Guide
In my Guide to Eternal Lands, I put a description of Seridia or C1. Here is the text...
MAPS, CONTINENTS AND PK ZONES: HELP WHEN TRAVELING!
Now, Eternal Lands is devided into two continents, C1, which is the main continent and has genuinely a weaker population of monster. C1used to be the only continent but C2 was added more recently to the game. C1 has a great number of maps, but the most used by people of weak combat are the following;
- Isla Prima (IP)
- White Stone (WS)
- Nordcarn
- Portland (PL)
- Valley of the Dwarfs (VOTD)
- Desert Pines (DP)
- Palas Vertas (PV)
- Idaloran
- Glacmore
Now to help you on your way, here the map to Seridia or C1. I suggest you stay in Seridia for most of your newbie life.
I've written down the most famous of the countries in Seridia. Here is a list of them with a quick warning or advice for that map!
If I have spelt a country on the map wrong, I'm sorry, but it's hard to memorize these thing by heart!
- Isla Prima - Quick type = IP. If you wish for peace go here. Mostly free from invasion and with a low attack animals, it is a peaceful map special for newbies and the more gentle ones.
- White Stone - Quick Type = WS. At day safe, at night a killer zone. Gargoyels roam the night here. This is a good magic shoppers zone though, as it is the only map in the game that has magic stores selling Sigils.
- Portland - Quick Type = PL.
Watch out, Bob the Gob(lin) roams here. A sole angry goblins roams
Portland outside the city walls (a sometimes within) looking for weak
travelers to barbaricly beat 'n' steal from. This place can be useful
and many a time in the game as Wild boar are commonly found at the
river side. This map also has a titanium mine filled with skeletons
(great for training)
- Tarshangard - Magic school pardise, but filled with Armed Goblins. BEWARE!
- Nordcarn - A crossroad. Inbetween two of the most important maps in the game (WS and VOTD), Nordcarn is place of Gems and Manufacturing. The God on Manufacturing has a Temple here!
- Vally of the Dwarfs - Quick Type = VOTD. This is one bussy map. It was so bussy it has regural invasions, but yet it population still grows. With a Storage close to the harbour, a goldmine with two layers, the first with goblins (a personnal favourite place to train)
- S. Kiliran Fields/ South Kiliran Fields - Quick Type = S.Kiliran. Powerful monsters home. Avoid it. But there is a summoning areana to the north. Fun time, fun times!
- Kiliran Fields - Quick Type = Kiliran. Powerful creatures live here and it is a map people can killl you on. BEWARE OF THIS MAP!
- Morcraven Marsh - Quick Type = MM. What can I say? It's a big boggy marsh. With a PK arean on the coast, but mostly a marsh!
- Desert Pines - Quick Type =
DP. Miners central. You need to harvest a gem. DP almost certainly has
it. Unless they don't. In which you need to loook somewhere else.
Now on to the topic of PK and PK zones. Let's get straight to the point. PK stands for Player Killing. Cheerful stuff. Anyway, Player Killing Maps are mostly used by very powerful characters. It's not a cheery place to be. How do I know. I'm not powerful enough , you say! Well, true, but I went to one because of a quest! Anyway, the boarders of a PK map are usually crowded. Not many get to the center. Why? Player Killing Map! Now PK Zones are kinda useful for training against PvP Training Partners. There are a number of welll known and used one, such as;
- Nordcarn City Arena
- Nordcarn Cave
- White Stone City Training Arena
- Morcraven Coastal Areana
- Desert Pines Arena

Although that post was mostly about slagging of Mind Candy's rubbish girly RPG, it did reming me what I loved about EL. Let mye show you!
But they argue back that Moshi Monsters have Millions of Kids playing it. They may have the majority of players, but that means laging (for you who don't know what that means, it means the computer works VERY, VERY SLOWLY! But Moshi only have one website (The One you play the game on), while EL has hundreds made by fans, like this one actually. Does that show you how much EL is appreciated.
And then we go into graphics. Obviosly, Moshi Monsters fals flat on it's face here, with it's 2D graphics. And then it breaks it's nose, with an appaling amount of customisable options. But EL is healthy here, with smooth 3D graphics, and a huge variety of customisable options. You have so many options, it's hard to find another character that is the same as you from head to toe!
And now on to the main game. EL let's you choose how you want to earn money. Moshi? Play appaling mini games to earn cash!
Over all Moshi Monster is RPG with alll the good bit's ripped out and replaced by ****. Go to the Eternal Lands website now and redeem yourself!!!
VOTD has a green flu!
That was a rubbish joke about the goblins in the VOTD gold mine! One of my favourite training zones was this cave. It's brilliant for people that are in the mide-20s levles and higher!
After posting EL VS MoshiMonsters, I went on to EL and Discovered this.

Unfortunately, to give my old Primary School a chance in the resent post of Eternal Lands VS Moshi Monsters I joined Moshi Monsters for free as supergrort. My advice, if you want an RPG, don't go to Moshi Monsters but EL because Moshi Monsters is Moshi Mush!
