Having trouble waking up that really big Snorlax you see at the start of the game? Here's how to do it:
  1. Go to Kanto.
  2. Go to the Power Plant
  3. Talk to the Power Plant manager, then the security guard will send you to a gym (not telling which one, you'll find out)
  4. Go into the Gym. A Team Rocket Grunt will bump into you. Follow him up the cape. You will then battle him on the bridge after he hides in between a couple.
  5. Then go into the the gym again and look in the inflatable tube in the up-left corner. You will find a machine part.
  6. Return to the Power Plant and talk to the manager. He will reward you with a TM containing Charge Beam. The electricity will then be back up and running.
  7. Go to Lavender towns Radio Tower, and speak to an old man. He will upgrade your Pokegears Radio.
  8. Travel to the Snorlax.
  9. Go to the Pokegear Radio and move the dot up to the top of it. It will say Pokemon Flute or something.
  10. Press 'A' beside the Snorlax and he will wake up and you will battle it (be careful it's level 50)
Now you have got a Snorlax and a clear path to DIGLETTS CAVE.
