Me and my friend Marsuvess had a PvP Training match in DPA*, and it went brilliantly, as we were so evenly matched we hardly did any damage to each other, while still getting lots of defense xp**. In the session of training I got 25k of Defense xp, and a little under 5k of Attack xp.
